Warranty Terms

Warranty: 1. If the product has a quality problem under normal operating (non-human damage) within 15 days after the package delivered, and has not been disassembled, our technical engineers will verify the problems whether occurs under normal use, if yes we will replace the item of your order. 2. Confirm with the courier the the package arrived in well condition and check whether accessories or parts missing, if yes please let the courier assist to supply proof. 3. Our authorized dealers can get long-term technical support, maintenance, and replacement services. Non-warranty: 1. The appearance is artificially dirty, scratched, broken, and stained. 2. Unauthorized disassembly and repair of the product and improper operation that does not follow the installation instructions. 3. The proof of purchase cannot be provided, and the date of purchase is beyond the warranty period.
